Do you assist owners living overseas?
Yes. NRI Property Care is intended for owners overseas or elsewhere in India who need local coordination for property in Coimbatore. Agree communication preferences and access arrangements during the initial discussion.
Can I request periodic property visits?
Yes, visits can be discussed as part of your plan. Frequency, access, reporting and availability are agreed for each property. A visual visit is not a structural survey.
How are maintenance expenses approved?
Proposed work and expenses are referred to the owner for approval under the agreed arrangement. Confirm spending limits, payment responsibilities and emergency procedures before work starts.
Can you coordinate with local vendors?
Vendor appointments and follow-up can be included in the scope. Specialist work, workmanship warranties and contractor engagement remain subject to the arrangement with the relevant provider.

The service portfolio covers residential properties, commercial premises, and land or plots. Suitability and location are discussed before a plan is agreed.
How are service fees determined?
